Senior IT Support Officer - Property Developer Corp

PERSOL is partnering with one of Canberra's leading integrated property enterprises, to recruit an experienced Senior IT Support Officer for its Braddon office.

Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will help manage the day-to-day administration, support and reliability of the organisation's IT systems and enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities include:

- Administering Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, licensing and security
- Providing technical support across corporate, construction and hospitality environments
- Managing endpoint provisioning, imaging, patching and mobile device management
- Supporting identity and access management, including starters, movers and leavers
- Managing incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system
- Supporting network, telephony, printing and site technology environments
- Assisting with IT fit-outs and technology refreshes across construction sites and hotel properties
- Maintaining IT assets, licences, warranties and procurement records
- Supporting backup, disaster recovery and cybersecurity activities

What we're looking for:

- Approximately 3-5 years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experience




- Strong Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management experience
- Experience supporting users across multiple locations
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with executives, office-based employees, construction workers and hospitality teams
- A strong customer-service mindset and structured troubleshooting approach
- The ability to manage competing incidents, requests and small projects
- Experience in the private sector or within a diverse, multi-site business setting would be highly regarded. Salesforce experience would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
