The Queensland Revenue Office is seeking applications to fill a permanent AO7 Principal Cloud Engineer position.

In this role you will design, build, deploy and manage the Cloud Infrastructure that underpins key systems, ensuring business continuity and information security. You will ensure the cloud solutions align with the organisation's strategic, regulatory, compliance, and operational objectives, and deliver core client services in a multi-hosted landscape.

This position will be based in our Brisbane CBD office and adaptable working options may be requested.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

- Proven experience in Azure Cloud services, administration including design, build, operations, availability, integration, observability, security and business continuity. (Experience in AWS is desirable.)
- Proven experience supporting DevOps CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, containerisation, and supporting software releases.
- A working knowledge of databases and network security.
