The Role
- Supervise commercial roofing and cladding installation projects
- Lead and mentor a small installation crew
- Coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects run safely and efficiently
- Liaise with builders, project managers and clients
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with WHS requirements
- Plan labour, materials and project timelines
- Complete site reporting and toolbox talks
About You
- Previous experience supervising commercial roofing projects
- Strong background in metal roofing, cladding and flashings
- Able to read construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Safety-focused with a hands‑on approach
- White Card and current Driver's Licence essential
