This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and is looking for a rewarding long-term position while working in a premium environment.

About the role:

As a Luxury Sales Associate, you'll represent one of the world's most respected luxury brands while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role combines luxury retail sales with client relationship management and administrative responsibilities. You'll receive extensive training and ongoing development to build your knowledge of Rolex and the luxury watch industry.

Skills & experience required

Presents themselves with confidence, professionalism and impeccable attention to detail.

Has outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Enjoys building genuine, long-term relationships with clients.

Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Is organised and confident using Microsoft Office and point of sale systems.

Has previous experience in retail, luxury sales or another customer-facing sales role.

Flexible working availability between Monday and Saturday.

Holds full Australian working rights.

Bilingual applicants will be highly regarded.
