All Abilities for Kids and Teens is seeking a passionate Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our growing allied health team as an independent contractor.

This is an exciting opportunity for a physiotherapist with an interest in paediatrics, disability and developmental therapy to help establish and grow our physiotherapy service within a supportive, family-focused environment.

The role will commence on a part-time basis with flexibility around days and hours. As demand grows, there is significant opportunity to expand your caseload. You will enjoy a hybrid role, providing therapy both within our purpose-designed clinic and in community settings such as homes, schools and childcare centres, depending on each child’s needs and goals.

Our clinic offers a fully resourced therapy environment, including a large gross motor room and a wide range of assessment and therapy equipment, providing an excellent space to deliver engaging, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.

About the Opportunity

As a Paediatric Physiotherapist, you will provide assessment and intervention services for children and young people with a range of developmental,



physical and functional needs.

You will support children and families to achieve meaningful goals, including improving participation, independence, mobility, strength, coordination and everyday functional skills.

Your work may include supporting children with:

- Developmental delay and developmental disabilities
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Cerebral palsy and neurological conditions
- Gross motor skill development
- Functional mobility and participation goals
- Physical disability and complex support needs
- NDIS-funded therapy goals

About You

- Registered with AHPRA
- Experienced or interested in working within paediatrics, disability and NDIS services
- Passionate about supporting children, young people and their families
- Confident working independently and managing their own caseload
- Comfortable providing therapy in both clinic and community settings
- A strong communicator who builds positive relationships with families and other professionals
- Committed to family-centred, strengths-based and goal-focused therapy
- Previous experience in paediatric physiotherapy, NDIS, early intervention, disability services or community-based therapy will be highly regarded.
