Disability Support Worker (Part time & Casual)

No two days are the same. You'll support participants to achieve their goals, develop independence and enjoy meaningful experiences within their community.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker you may be supporting participants to:

- Community access and social outings
- Gym, swimming and recreational activities
- Cooking and meal preparation
- Shopping and daily living skills
- Building confidence and independence
- Transport to appointments
- Group programs and community activities
- Supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals
- Completing progress notes and communicating with the wider team

About You

We're looking for people who are:

- Compassionate and respectful
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Positive with a great attitude
- Excellent communicators




- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about supporting others
- Willing to learn and grow professionally

Essential Requirements

- Current Driver Licence
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Police check

Desirable

- Previous disability, aged care or community services experience
