Sajen Legal is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our growing Commercial Litigation team on the Sunshine Coast.
This role is suited to a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with previous commercial litigation experience who can effectively manage competing priorities, work under pressure and consistently deliver work of the highest standard.
As part of a well-established and expanding law firm, you will work closely with experienced litigation practitioners on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, insolvency matters and contested proceedings.
About the Role
You will provide high-level support to our litigation team, including:
- Preparation and management of court documents and correspondence.
- Management of litigation files and critical dates.
- Preparation of briefs to counsel, affidavits and basic contracts.
- Liaison with clients, barristers, experts, courts and external stakeholders.
- Assistance with document disclosure, evidence preparation and legal research.
- Matter management and file administration.
- Supporting practitioners in mediations, hearings and trials.
