About the Role

You will:

- Lead and support Regional and Area Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and regular performance oversight.




- Ensure participant services are delivered safely, effectively, and with person-centred care at the forefront.
- Track team performance against KPIs, operational goals, and compliance requirements, including NDIS standards.
- Act as a key point of escalation for staff performance or operational challenges.
- Support national initiatives, staff training, and process improvements to continuously enhance service delivery.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Authentic, reliable, and proactive – you see opportunities to make things better.
- Experienced in managing teams and operations (experience in disability services is a bonus, not essential).
- Confident leading and coaching managers to drive performance and positive outcomes.
- Passionate about making a tangible difference for participants and their communities.
