Owner Inspections delivers building and pest inspections across Recent South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. We have more bookings in Brisbane than our current team can carry, and we are seeking experienced inspectors to join us on a contract basis.
Our office team takes care of all the admin, so you can focus on what you do best, inspecting. And you're in control of your own schedule, so you work the hours that suit you.
Earning Potential
Inspectors completing 3 jobs a day can expect to earn around $3,750 a week, based on a standard 5 day week.

Requirements:
Current QBCC Completed Residential Building Inspection Licence
QBCC Timber Pest Management Licence preferred, not essential
Sound knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards
Ability to identify major and minor construction defects
General Requirements for All Roles:
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable car
Registered ABN
Relevant Professional Indemnity insurance
Current Police Check
Competent with iPad, computer literacy, and plan reading
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working independently and representing our brand professionally
Ability and willingness to inspect roof spaces and subfloor areas
