Tara General Trading Pty. Ltd., operating Domino’s Pizza Epping, is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the full operations of our franchise location. Our Epping store has recently reopened following a period of renovation and refurbishment and we are looking for a strong leader to establish and drive the store’s return to full operational performance. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Franchise Owner.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Organise and control all daily store operations across all shifts, including opening and closing procedures, food preparation, and order fulfilment
- Recruit, train, roster, and performance-manage a team of 25-40 staff members including delivery drivers
- Prepare weekly rosters and manage workforce planning to optimise labour costs
- Determine stock levels and product mix; manage supplier orders and inventory records
- Conduct regular stocktakes and minimise food waste to protect profit margins
- Monitor and manage daily financial performance including cash reconciliation, labour cost %, and cost of goods sold; report to the Franchise Owner
- Implement Domino’s national marketing campaigns and local promotional activities
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer complaints and service issues




- Ensure full compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) obligations and food safety legislation
- Drive consistent sales growth and maintain high customer satisfaction outcomes following store reopening

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Prior experience working within a Domino’s Pizza franchise environment
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a retail, food service, or hospitality management role
- Demonstrated experience managing a team of 10 or more staff in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial literacy including labour cost, food cost, and cash reconciliation
- Sound knowledge of food safety standards and WHS obligations in a food service setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Minimum 2 years Australian work experience in a management role
- Experience in a quick service restaurant or franchise environmentDesirable

Desirable

- Prior experience as Store Manager in a QSR or Domino’s franchise workplace
- Qualification in business or management (Certificate IV / Diploma level)
- Experience managing a store reopening or new store launch
