Crafty Monk Brewing is seeking an experienced Sales & Brand Representative to join our growing team in Tingalpa, Brisbane. As a Sales & Brand Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and identifying new sales opportunities. This is a full-time (or Part Time if preferred) position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of an upcoming business in the Craft Beer industry.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Prospecting and generating new leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging your industry connections
- Managing and maintaining a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations
- Collaborating with the Management team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and new product developments
- Providing valuable insights and feedback to the Management team to improve our offerings
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years of proven alcoholic beverage sales experience, ideally in the Craft Beer industry
- An existing network of contacts within the QLD hospitality industry including On-Premise and Off-Premise
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence clients
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and driven individual with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Thorough understanding of the Craft Beer industry, including product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive, adaptable, and resilient attitude
- Valid work visa required to work legally in Australia
- Must have an Australian Driver’s license.
