We’re currently seeking a Brisbane-based Graphic Designer to join GRAYA™ and support the creative delivery of our luxury multi-residential and mixed-use development pipeline.
This role is suited to a highly creative, detail-focused designer with experience across property, architecture, interiors, construction, development, luxury brands, or premium lifestyle marketing.
At GRAYA™, we are known for design-led development, solid brand presence, and creating some of Queensland’s most recognisable luxury projects. As Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing, development, sales, design, and leadership teams to bring our projects, campaigns, presentations, brand assets, social content, and sales materials to life.

As Graphic Designer, you will help maintain the quality and consistency of GRAYA™’s visual identity across project launches, digital campaigns, sales collateral, presentations, social media, signage, print materials, investor documents, and internal communications.
You will be working across multiple projects and brand touchpoints, helping ensure every piece of creative reflects the standard, polish, and design intent expected of GRAYA™.
This role is ideal for someone who understands premium design, moves quickly, thinks commercially, and can translate property, architecture, lifestyle, and brand messaging into beautiful, effective creative assets.
What you’ll do
Brand, campaign and project design
- Support the development of high-quality creative assets across GRAYA™ projects, campaigns, launches, and business communications
- Create digital and print assets including brochures, EDMs, social tiles, website graphics, presentations,
signage, hoarding, invitations, pitch decks, templates, and sales collateral
- Work within existing brand guidelines while helping evolve the visual presentation of GRAYA™ across multiple channels
- Support project marketing campaigns from teaser phase through launch, sales, construction updates, completion, and handover
- Prepare creative assets for residential, mixed-use, commercial, and brand campaigns
- Assist with the design of internal documents, capability statements, award submissions, recruitment materials, and presentations
Creative production and coordination
- Prepare artwork for print, digital, web, and social media use
- Liaise with printers, suppliers, agencies, photographers, videographers, render studios, and external creative partners where required
- Ensure all assets are accurate, polished, on-brand, and delivered to required deadlines
- Maintain organised file systems, templates, brand assets, image libraries, and campaign resources
- Assist with resizing, formatting, retouching, layout refinement, and final artwork preparation
- Support the wider marketing team with day-to-day creative requirements across the business
Property, lifestyle and luxury marketing
- Translate architectural, interior, construction, and lifestyle information into clear and visually compelling materials
- Work closely with sales, marketing, development, and construction teams to ensure project details are accurately represented
- Help communicate the quality, design intent, and lifestyle appeal of GRAYA™ projects
- Contribute ideas that strengthen how GRAYA™ presents itself across market-facing materials
- Bring a strong understanding of premium design, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and brand consistency
Requirements
What you’ll bring
- Experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, Marketing Designer, Creative Designer, or similar role
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in property development, real estate, architecture, construction, interiors, luxury, lifestyle, or premium brand marketing
- Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
- Experience designing for both print and digital channels
- A strong eye for typography, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, and detail
- The ability to work quickly while maintaining a high standard of design and accuracy
- Experience preparing print-ready artwork and digital assets
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders
- A proactive attitude and confidence managing competing deadlines
- Experience with Canva, Figma, motion graphics, video editing, or basic web design will be highly regarded
- A genuine interest in architecture, interiors, property, design, and luxury development
