ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender who has a passion for cocktails and local produce

Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails and menu development

Maintain consistently high standards of taste, presentation and cleanliness

Follow established recipes, systems and bar procedures

Work collaboratively with the wider venue team to create memorable guest experiences

Assist with stock control, restocking and general bar operations

ABOUT YOU

Previous experience as a cocktail bartender in a busy hospitality venue

Solid background from operational Food & Beverage alike venues

A genuine passion for hospitality and local products

A positive, energetic and professional attitude

The ability to work efficiently under pressure

Excellent communication and organisational skills

High standards of taste, presentation and cleanliness

A team player with a commitment to a positive team culture

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
