You’re a practical problem-solver who enjoys diagnosing faults, working independently and delivering high-quality service. You take pride in your workmanship, communicate effectively with customers and teammates and represent the Carwash World brand with pride, professionalism and confidence. Whether you’re carrying out preventative maintenance or responding to breakdowns, you’re someone customers can rely on.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Install and commission car wash equipment and hardware

- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance

- Provide in office and remote technical support to customers

- Use a methodical approach to fault-finding and problem-solving

- Participation in a rotating on-call roster (weekends and public holidays)

REQUIREMENTS

- Ability to travel regularly across QLD and occasionally interstate

- Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence

- Keen attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship

- Be physically capable of working in various environments

- Strong working knowledge of digital systems and reporting tools

- Relevant electrical or mechanical trade qualification preferred
