Join Building Approvals and Advice, an award-winning residential certification firm recognised nationally by RICS, as a full-time Level 2 or 3 Certifier. Combining office-based certification work with regular site inspections, you'll work alongside one of Queensland's most respected residential certification teams.

We're looking for someone who shares our values of professionalism, teamwork, innovation, communication and respect. You'll be supported by experienced certifiers, dedicated support staff and well-established systems that make delivering quality outcomes efficient. Working with Brisbane's leading building designers, architects and construction professionals, you’ll manage a range of residential and pool approval projects.

Tasks & responsibilities

Assessment and inspections of Class 1, Class 10 building work mainly in and around Brisbane and the South East.

Coordinate documentation alongside experienced certifiers’ assistants and admin team. Collaborate withproject stakeholdersto provide pool/ building approvals

Use your attention to detail,



strong communication and technical skills to contribute to our continued growth.

Qualifications & experience

Positive and collaborative approach, strong communication skills are essential.

Current driver’s license and white card.

Level 2 or 3 - qualified building certifier - Queensland experience, QBCC endorsed.

Strong computer skills, experience of BCS / Microsoft Office a bonus.

Car provided plus technology and uniform.

Ongoing CPD and training provided.
