As aVehicle Mechanic, you will conduct routine maintenance and repairs on awide range of heavy military vehicles, including 4WD's, trucks, tracked andarmouredvehicles, infantry personnelcarriersand evenarmouredtanks!

- $49.21an hourplus super
- Work38 hoursper week Monday to Friday and finish at 12 pm on Fridays
- Training & Upskilling provided

- Work on uniqueDefencevehicle and assets
- 17.5% Annual Leave Loading
- All tools, PPE and Uniforms provided
- In office Parking

About the role

- Conduct Maintenance tasks, including technical inspection and classification
- Repair or replace worn or faulty parts by removing assemblies such as engines,transmissionsand differentials.
- Reassemble, test, clean and adjust repaired or replaces parts
- Carry out minor body repairs and minor trim repairs
- Test and repair electrical systems such as lighting,ignitionand electronic fuel injection.
- Inspect vehicles and issue road worthiness certificates

About you





- Cert III Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or equivalent level
- Demonstrated experience to inspect,repairandmaintainLight,Mediumand Heavy vehicles
- Mustpossessa current Australian State or Territory class C Driver'sLicense
- You must be an AustralianCitizen and able tomaintainaDefenceSecurity Clearance
