About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will support the Vision Care division in a high-volume Customer Service environment. You will manage inbound customer enquiries, process orders, coordinate returns and credits,



provide stock updates and work closely with warehouse, distribution and supply chain teams. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time.

Duties

- Process customer orders and resolve queries
- Manage high volume inbound customer calls
- Coordinate returns and credits
- Track customer deliveries and provide stock updates
- Liaise with couriers and manage order fulfilment activities
- Maintain accurate customer records

Skills and Experience

- SAP order processing
- Customer service experience
- High-volume call handling
