With the exciting opening of our stunning new five-star Community Centre and the completion of additional accommodation, Fairway Carindale is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Lifestyle Concierge to join our team on a full time basis.

Our state-of-the-art Community Centre has been thoughtfully designed to provide an exceptional lifestyle experience for our residents and features a heated indoor swimming pool, Pilates studio, fully equipped gymnasium, beauty salon, café, residents' bar, elegant dining room, reception lounge, meeting room, billiards area, and beautifully appointed outdoor entertaining spaces with spectacular views.

As our Lifestyle Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in enriching the lives of our residents by fostering a welcoming environment, coordinating engaging lifestyle experiences, and providing a seamless concierge service that exceeds expectations.

As the first point of contact for residents, their families, and visitors, you will be responsible for delivering a warm and professional welcome while coordinating a broad range of lifestyle, hospitality, and concierge services. You will thrive on building genuine relationships, anticipating the needs of others, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

The successful applicant will be a confident communicator with exceptional customer service skills,



a positive and proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for working with older Australians. You will be highly organised, demonstrate empathy and patience, and possess the ability to prioritise competing demands while maintaining a calm and professional approach in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- To assist and enable residents to live a healthy and active lifestyle in the way that they wish.
- Arrange events (internal & external) and functions for residents on a regular basis.
- To provide general administrative and office support functions in a competent and efficient manner.
- To be the point of contact for residents in regard to all lifestyle, event and health enquiries.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to improve the service standard within the village and build relationships with residents and suppliers.




- Forge strategic partnerships with local businesses and the external community including healthcare and exercise professionals.
- Drive the village bus.
- Assist the Village Manager in other tasks as required including operating the café.

Ideally, you'll have:

- First Aid Certificate (Current).
- National Federal Police Clearance (Current).
