We're looking for a polished, professional and well-presented Showroom Sales Consultant who understands the importance of first impressions and enjoys building genuine relationships with clients.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in luxury retail, premium showrooms or the interior design industry who wants to work in a beautiful environment with a high-quality product.

About the Role

As the face of our showroom, you'll welcome clients, guide them through our collection and help them select the perfect stone for their projects.

You'll work closely with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders and stonemasons, providing outstanding customer service from the initial enquiry through to the sale.

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming clients into our showroom and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- Understanding each client's project and recommending suitable natural stone.

- Building relationships with architects, designers, builders and homeowners.





- Preparing quotations and following up enquiries.

- Managing leads through our CRM.

- Coordinating slab viewings and reservations.

- Working collaboratively with our warehouse and operations team.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has previous experience in a premium showroom or luxury retail environment.

- Presents professionally and takes pride in their appearance.

- Has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Is confident engaging with high-end clientele.

- Enjoys sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Is organised, proactive and detail-oriented.

- Has a genuine interest in interiors, architecture or design.

- Is available to work Saturdays
