Lead meaningful transformation in one of Australia's largest health services

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Transformation Partner to join our Strategy, Transformation and Projects division and play a key role in delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that support the implementation of Monash Health's Strategic Plan.
About the Role
As a senior member of the Transformation and Reform team, you will lead and support complex transformation and improvement initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with Executive Directors, General Managers, Program Directors and senior stakeholders, you'll bring structure, discipline and strategic thinking to initiatives that improve the way we deliver care and services.
This is a highly visible role that combines strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery. You'll guide multidisciplinary teams, manage governance and risk frameworks, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and ensure transformational initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to organisational priorities.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the planning, delivery and implementation of major transformation initiatives across Monash Health.
- Develop business cases, roadmaps and implementation plans that support sustainable change.
- Partner with executives and operational leaders to drive improvement outcomes.
- Ensure robust governance, risk management and reporting practices are embedded throughout initiatives.
- Facilitate process redesign and improvement programs that deliver measurable results.
- Build organisational capability in transformation and change leadership.
- Mentor and support members of the broader Transformation and Reform team.
About You
You are an experienced transformation, change or program leader who thrives in complex environments and can quickly build credibility with senior stakeholders. You combine strategic capability with strong execution skills and have a proven ability to influence, engage and mobilise people towards a common goal.
You’ll also bring:
- Project Management and/or Change Management certification.
- Demonstrated experience leading transformation, improvement or change initiatives within large and complex organisations.
- Strong project delivery capability, including planning, governance, risk and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Experience facilitating process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience leading high‑performing teams and delivering outcomes in challenging environments.
Highly regarded
- Certification in process redesign, Lean,
Six Sigma or improvement science.
- Experience in healthcare transformation and service redesign.
