We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on team player who wants more than just a warehouse job. This role is designed to develop into internal sales and tool servicing, with full training provided.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
- Coordinating with team members, suppliers, and couriers
- Assisting walk‑in customers and answering calls
- Stock control and stocktaking
- General warehouse operations
As you grow, you’ll also get involved in:
- Tool servicing and repairs
- Product and technical knowledge development
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Friendly, team‑oriented attitude
- Ability to lift up to 25kgs
- Good multitasking and time management
- Customer‑focused mindset
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience with fasteners, tools,
or similar products
- Knowledge of hydraulics or pneumatics
- Forklift licence (or happy to get one — we can help with training)
- Basic MS Office skills
