In order to join the team as our current Major Loss Supervisor you will have the ability to work within a fast-paced industry while all the time exceeding expectations and KPI’s. Industry experience coupled with a positive attitude, site-based knowledge and strong organisational skills will allow you the tools required to succeed in this position.
Roles & Responsibilities (Not limited to):
- Communication – Verbal & written to keep all parties well informed
- Preparation – Review & understand entire claim to ensure a successful repair
- Quality Control – Manage trades, suppliers & site to exceed all expectations on every repair
- Repair Schedules – Clearly & efficiently program repairs to bring claim to completion within KPI
- Budgets – Understand, monitor & control claim repair costs
- Key Performance Indicators – Exceed internal & external KPI’s
- Additional items as required to ensure the team succeeds
Skills & Abilities (Not limited to):
- Building Supervisor Licence (Required)
- Professional & Organised
- Attentionto detail while managing time efficiently

- Experience - Site Supervisor or Project Manager
