We are currently seeking applications from fun, friendly, vibrant and quality oriented candidates who are committed to providing GREAT products and service.

You will assist in the daily operations of the business through the following duties:

- Planning for and executing tasks such as preparing, cooking, plating and presentation of our seasonal menu
- Placing focus on great food and excellent service
- Assisting with Café and Functions prep and cooking when needed
- Being able to build strong, effective relationships
- Motivating members of the team




- Being aware of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene responsibilities
- Checking, accepting and maintaining stock

You will need to be able to demonstrate examples of the following experience and skills:

All positions involve working shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays - candidates are required to be fully available during the club's operational hours. You must have a Food Handlers Basics Certificate, a requirement set by NSW Food Authority.
