Lakeside Medical is a family owned GP practice located in Springfield Lakes. We have a small team of doctors, nurses and receptionists who all work very well together. We are looking for a candidate to join our reception team for approximately 32+hrs per week plus 1 in 4 Saturdays as well as sick and holiday cover.
We are an extremely busy GP Surgery so would require someone with attention to detail, impeccable customer service and able to work well under pressure with a smile. Hours of work will be between Mon - Fri 7.30AM - 6.00PM & Sat 7.30-12.00PM **subject to doctors running on time. Must be able to work a variety of shifts during these times.
- Previous Medical reception experience if preferred
- Knowledge of Best Practice software an advantage
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
