What you'll be doing

- Handling incoming calls and enquiries from clients, volunteers, and other stakeholders
- Maintaining detailed client records and documentation
- Assisting with the ordering and inventory management of meal orders
- Providing general office support, including filing, data entry, and administrative tasks
- Collaborating with the Meals on Wheels team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in an administrative & customer service role
- Data Entry with heightened attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, volunteers, and stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software applications




- A genuine interest in community-based services and a desire to make a positive impact
