The Bearded Baristaa, located right across from Sydney Park, is seeking an experienced Barista Manager to take ownership of daily operations and lead our team. We have recently relaunched our menu and brand and are looking for someone capable of managing the cafe to a high standard, with or without the owner on site and contributing genuinely to its ongoing growth.

This is a hands on leadership role. We are looking for a serious hospitality professional, not a stepping stone applicant. We're also looking for genuine energy and personality, someone who lifts the room, not just clocks in

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience in cafe/hospitality with strong barista craft
- Proven experience managing or running a cafe
- Fluent English and a genuine understanding of sydney coffee culture




- Confident making decisions and running a shift independently
- Consistently high standards on coffee quality, presentation and service
- Reliable and available to open and close the cafe as required
- Willing to work as an all rounder wherever the cafe needs support
- Available to work Thursday to Monday
- Trustworthy, someone we can hand responsibility to
- Must have full Australian work rights
