Are you an experienced Family Violence Practitioner available now?

We are recruiting to a Specialist Family Violence position supporting women and children who have experienced violence, providing comprehensive risk and safety assessments, outreach case management, and crisis support.

This position is fully onsite with rostered hours 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.

You will:

- Complete comprehensive risk and needs assessments.
- Develop and implement cooperative case plans that support stabilisation and safety.
- Provide outreach case management and crisis support.
- Advocate for clients and facilitate access to holistic supports and community connections.
- Maintain accurate client records.

What you'll bring

- Tertiary qualification in Social Work or equivalent as per REC209 mandatory minimum qualification requirements.




- Demonstrated experience conducting family violence risk and needs assessments.
- Previous working experience in a family violence setting with victim survivors of violence.
- Highly developed time management and work prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
