We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential to move into a full‑time role. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting NDIS participants and enjoys working in a flexible, participant‑focused environment.

About the role

In this role, you will work closely with participants, families, providers, and support networks to coordinate services, build capacity, and help participants implement their NDIS plans effectively. You will manage a varied caseload, maintain accurate records, communicate professionally with stakeholders, and support participants to achieve their goals.

As a registered NDIS provider, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance, so the successful applicant will need to work in line with relevant NDIS requirements and organisational policies.

About you

We are looking for someone with:

Experience in support coordination or a similar NDIS role.

Strong understanding of the NDIS and the support coordination function.

Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.

The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.

A participant‑centred, professional, and compassionate approach.

An understanding of the importance of compliance when working within a registered NDIS provider.

Highly motivated, autonomous, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Relevant qualification in community services, disability, mental health, or a related field.

Experience working with complex participants and multiple providers.

Confidence using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office.
