The Role:

Reporting to Operations Lead, the role is to support tailored solutions to clients' complex logistics requirements for oversized & heavy lift cargoes by providing intelligent advice and efficiently managing project execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Investigate transport options including identification of suppliers, equipment,



transport route and port management

Assist in reviewing project options, considering different factors including time, costs, safety requirements, schedule; etc

Review and discuss client project needs with Project Team

Generate enquiries to market and receive pricing from suppliers at the direction of the project team

Assist the project team to execute and manage the project plan

Assist the project team to prepare internal and external reports throughout the life cycle of the project

The successful applicant MUST have...

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role

Knowledge of logistics / shipping terminology

Knowledge of transport authorities and regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Positive outlook the ability to build relationships

Excellent communication and organizational skills

A team player with a proactive mindset
