The opportunity

Due to the ongoing growth of our business, we now have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Site Supervisor/Leading Hand to join the team.

As a Site Supervisor/Leading Hand, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of large-scale CCTV, Access Control, and Communications projects. You will work closely with our team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Duties

- Oversee and assist with the installation,



termination, and commissioning of CCTV, access control, intercom, and communications systems
- Lead security projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are achieved
- Coordinate and mentor technicians to deliver high‑quality, compliant installations
- Liaise with clients, builders, and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues
- Ensure strict adherence to WHS, site procedures, and company standards
- Provide regular project updates to management using company project management systems
- Proactively identify issues and implement effective solutions to maintain project performance

What you need

- Strong technical background in the security or communications trade
- Proven experience working within construction environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead works on site and guide teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, builders, and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently while also leading and supporting a team
- Valid driver’s licence
- White Card / OHS Construction Induction
- EWP licence
- Restricted or Open Cabling Registration (desirable)
- Professional presentation and a safety‑first mindset
