Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair engine faults and mechanical issues across various motorcycle types.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and safety inspections consistent with industry standards.
- Replace worn or defective parts to ensure quality and safety.
- Test ride motorcycles to verify performance and compliance.
- Identify and communicate any safety or mechanical concerns to management.
- Offer accurate maintenance advice and clear explanations to customers and team members.
- Maintain comprehensive records of repairs and parts usage within the workshop system.
- Support safe, clean, and organised workshop practices at all times.
- Mentor and assist junior staff or apprentices in technical tasks and best practices.
- Engage in ongoing team meetings and professional training activities.
