WorkPac is seeking experienced Mechanical & Structural Site Supervisors to join our Mackay Operations Team for upcoming shutdown work across the Bowen Basin. The role involves leading 12-hour shift shutdown rosters and supervising crews to deliver protected, high-quality maintenance across multiple mine sites.

You will coordinate shutdown activities, enforce HSE policies, and drive a safety-first culture while maintaining productivity and environmental performance.
