Goosiesponds SRC in North Mackay seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee daily club operations, including Functions, TAB/Keno, F&B; and gaming management. You’ll drive staff performance, ensure safety/compliance, and foster a culture of exceptional service for members and guests.
The role requires proven team leadership, robust organizational skills, and the ability to work nights and weekends. RSA/RCG, RMLV, and an Approved Managers License are advantageous.
