Position Available
We are currently seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a great hands-on role responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring our vehicles and drivers operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our fleet.
- Coordinate scheduled servicing, maintenance, repairs, and inspections to maximise vehicle availability.
- Ensure fleet records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Schedule preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and maintain fleet reliability.
- Support incident reporting and assist with investigations where required.
- Ensure drivers comply with company policies, safety procedures, fatigue management requirements,
and relevant transport legislation.
About You
To be successful in this position, you should have the following:
- Proven experience in fleet coordination or a similar operation role
- A sound understanding of heavy vehicle operations, maintenance coordination, and fleet compliance.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with drivers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Previous exposure to regional and long haul operations is highly desirable
