Contracts Manager – CNW Electrical & Data Supplies

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Manager to lead our Contracts and Implementation team. Do you have a blend of legal, analytical and interpersonal skills to negotiate and secure favorable terms with low risk exposure that deliver long profitability to our business. Do you handle conflict and dispute resolution for both external customers and internal stakeholders with a cool head.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Preparation & Management

Prepare contracts including drafting, reviewing, compiling and submitting formal, short form and annual agreements.

Coordinate end to end contract lifecycle activities including drafting, execution, variations, extensions and renewals.

Maintain accurate contractual records including correspondence, versions, variations, compliance documents and reporting milestones.

Ensure all contracts meet compliance requirements, internal policies and procurement frameworks.

Track key contract dates, deliverables and risk items to ensure obligations are met on time.

Assist with contract close outs and transitions to new agreements.

Prepare pricing schedules, quote comparisons and supplier proposals for customer submissions.





Assist with updating and maintaining contract pricing files, ensuring accuracy of product codes and catalogues.

Support margin analysis, contract profitability reviews and cost-to-serve assessments.

Run data checks to ensure contract pricing and product listings remain accurate.

Work closely with suppliers to validate pricing, lead times and commercial terms.

Support preparation of tender submissions including document collation, compliance schedules and capability statements.

High level of proficiency in vetting Terms & Conditions of Contract while minimizing commercial risk exposure to our business.

Analyse tender documents to identify key commercial terms, risks and deviations.

Coordinate internal reviews and approvals to ensure accurate and competitive submissions.

Assist with responding to customer contract queries during tender and mobilisation stages.

Customer & Internal Stakeholder Engagement

Liaise with suppliers, customers, sales teams and senior management on contract related matters.

Provide contract briefings to branches and account managers to support smooth implementation.

Assist with onboarding major contract customers including system setup, pricing files and procedural documentation.

Serve as the key point of contact for customers on contractual matters. Act as contractual point of contact between company employees and customers, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations.

Systems & Data Management





Maintain contract information within internal systems (ERP/CRM) to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Support process improvement initiatives for contract administration workflows.

Generate reports and dashboards to support KPI tracking and contract performance analysis.

What You’ll Bring

Must have experience in the electrical wholesale industry.

Experience in contract administration or legal/commercial administration.

Strong attention to detail and a talent for organising complex information.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or contract management systems preferred.

Understanding of procurement, contract law or tender processes (advantageous).

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Interpersonal skills as a clear and precise communicator with demonstrated ability to manage your team when under pressure to meet non negotiable timelines.

This full time role is based at our Brisbane Head Office in Murarrie.
