An exciting opportunity exists for a Building Designer or Development Coordinator in Queensland. The successful candidate will assess residential lots, review planning and building guidelines, identify risks, and prepare documentation for projects and sales.
You'll work with consultants and internal teams to support land development from start to finish, bringing at least five years of industry experience and a solid knowledge of local planning requirements.
