Production Line Operator - Permanent Roles (Morning & Afternoon Shifts)

Hive & Wellness Australia – home to Capilano, Barnes Naturals and some of Australia’s most loved honey brands – is looking for experienced, safety‑minded Production Line Operators to join our team in permanent full‑time roles.

What You'll Do

In this key production role, you'll help us pack Australia's favourite honey safely and efficiently. You'll be supported by a great team and given the training you need to succeed. Your day‑to‑day will include:

- Safely setting up and running packing line equipment to meet daily targets
- Showing other team members how to do their jobs and providing on‑the‑job training
- Overseeing line workflow and helping solve problems as they arise
- Executing efficient line changeovers to minimise downtime
- Monitoring product quality, completing visual checks, and adjusting machines as needed
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic work area and following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Accurately completing paperwork, reports, and quality records
- Working with Maintenance, Quality and Planning teams to keep the line running well
- Looking for better ways to do things – your ideas matter here!





You’ll be a go‑to person on the line, helping your teammates and ensuring every jar of honey meets our high standards.

What You'll Bring

- CurrentFirst Aid Qualification
- Previous experience in asimilar production line role
- Packing experience in theFMCG industry
- Intermediate computer skillsfor data entry and reporting
- Demonstratedmechanical aptitude– you're comfortable with machinery
- A robust commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive, can‑do attitude

Desirable: Current Forklift Licence

Working Hours & Shifts

We offer consistent rosters across morning and afternoon shifts, with regular opportunities for overtime.
