We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of our Australian manufacturing operations - leading a talented multi‑trade team, driving performance, and ensuring we deliver exceptional products safely, efficiently, and on time.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on improving processes, solving problems, and creating a production environment where people and performance can excel.

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations Australia, you’ll play a key role in connecting our production capability with the commitments we make to customers globally.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Lead daily production operations across Joinery, Metalwork, Upholstery, and CNC Cutting work centres

Build and execute production plans that maximise resources, efficiency, and delivery performance

Monitor production performance through Empower, our production tracking system, and use data to drive improvements

Identify production constraints, remove bottlenecks, and improve workflow across the factory floor

Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of skilled tradespeople, including recruitment, performance management, and rostering

Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS standards

Work closely with the GM of Operations Australia to align manufacturing output with customer expectations and business goals

Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase throughput, reduce waste,



and improve quality

What We’re Looking For

You’re an experienced manufacturing leader who understands that excellent production comes from great people, strong processes, and constant improvement.

You’ll bring:

Proven experience managing a production or manufacturing team (experience in furniture, joinery, metalwork, or a similar trade environment is highly regarded)

The ability to lead and motivate a diverse team across multiple disciplines

Experience with production systems, ERP platforms, or manufacturing software (Empower experience is advantageous)

A strong understanding of WHS requirements within a factory environment

A practical, hands‑on leadership style - you’re comfortable being present on the floor and working alongside your team

Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for finding smarter ways to work

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business
