Medical Secretary / Receptionist - Join our friendly team.

We are looking for a warm, organised and reliable Medical Secretary/ Receptionist to join our caring team. The ideal candidate will be efficient, reliable and compassionate, providing excellent administrative and patient support within our busy medical practice.

You will be the friendly face and voice of our clinic - welcoming patients, managing appointments and keeping our doctors organised.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting patients and managing phone ad email enquiries
- Scheduling appointments and updating medical records (correspondence, results, investigations)
- Assisting with billing, payments and Medicare claims
- Preparing letters reports and other admin tasks for our doctors




- Helping to keep our clinic running smoothly and efficiently

Skills and Requirements

- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare reception role (preferred)
- Confident with computers and medical software
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Friendly, skilled and able to perform under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
