Where coastal lifestyle meets community spirit, Bar Beach Bowlo is at the heart of it all. We are seeking a reliable and detailed-orientated part-Time Office Administrator to support our financial and administrative operations.

This is a hands on role ideal for someone with robust bookkeeping and administration experience and with a practical can do approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Safe reconciliation & cash handling processes
- Bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance
- Preparation of weekly payroll and super
- End-of-month bank reconciliations, period adjustments and financial reporting
- Assisting with BAS preparations and ATO lodgements
- Liaising with external accountants & auditors




- Assisting with accounts payable & receivable
- maintaining accurate financial records & documentation
- Supporting compliance and internal control processes

About you

- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Sound understanding of reconciliations & financial processes
- Familiarity with BAS and payroll
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Proficient in accounting soft wear (Xero, MYOB) & Microsoft Office
- have a great attitude and enjoy being part of a team
