Senior Project Manager - Modern Airline Retailing Transformation

Join a major ASX-listed airline on a landmark transformation program. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and delivery of Modern Airline Retailing (MAR) initiatives, supporting the organisation's transition to a modern, offer- and order-based retailing model.

This role sits at the intersection of business, digital, technology, operations, finance, loyalty and partner teams — managing scope, schedule, risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes across a complex, multi-vendor program.

Key skills, Experience and Background

- Strong track record as a Project Manager delivering complex business, technology or transformation initiatives.
- Experience delivering complex airline, digital commerce, technology or business transformation programs highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of project governance, dependency management,



risk management and stakeholder coordination across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience operating in a multi-vendor/SI delivery model.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects across the full delivery lifecycle, from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence, MS Project (or equivalent), and Excel-based tracking.
- Experience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods.
- Solid written communication, presentation and executive reporting skills.
