- Salary: $116,089 to $125,490 - ASO7 - Full Time / Term Contract up to 12 Months

Overview

- The Change Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing effective change management, communications and training strategies, plans and initiatives for all allocated project(s) under the SA health digital portfolio
- Lead and undertake the identification and analysis of project issues and develop, implement and evaluate strategies and plans that address process improvement, solution upgrades and/or user training and development, including engaging broadly across SA Health portfolios to identify potential digital and process solutions and synergies to address project issues.
- Lead or conduct change and risk evaluations on business process and system change requirements including analysing a range of complex information, and qualitative and quantitative data, to identify and implement minimisation measures for potential risks and impacts.

- A 'National Police Certificate' NPC (also known as a 'Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check' NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment).

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
