About the Role
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring a professional, efficient, and well-supported environment for brokers, clients, and visitors.

The role acts as a central point of coordination across the branch, delivering high-quality office management, administrative support, and operational services that enable broking teams to focus on client outcomes. This includes overseeing workplace operations, coordinating broker support activities, and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining service standards, supporting client-facing interactions, and ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes, while also providing governance and coordination across business continuity, compliance, and branch operations.

Qualifications

No Experience required, however the following is desirable:

- Relevant industry experience, either insurance or banking industry
- Previous experience working in an office
