Shopfitter Site Installer Required – Seven Hills

Dixon & Swanson Shopfitters are seeking an experienced Shopfitter Site Installer and Factory Joiner to join our team based in Seven Hills, Sydney. Seven Hills is a well-established industrial and commercial hub in Western Sydney with transport access.

We offer flexibility in our hiring arrangements and may consider candidates for either a combined role covering both positions or separate Site Installer and Factory Joiner positions.

About the Roles

- Factory joinery and assembly.
- Installation of commercial & retail joinery and shopfitting projects
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
- Working independently and as part of a team




- Maintaining high-quality workmanship and site safety standards

Requirements

- Previous experience in shopfitting or joinery
- White Card (for Site Installer role)
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Trade qualifications preferred but not essential for experienced applicants
- Valid Australian work visa or citizenship required
