We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Southern Region team to deliver projects across New South Wales. We target both principal contractor and subcontract works that can range in size and complexity. The successful applicant will be able to multitask and manage several projects at varying stages.

Responsibilities include;

Be able to link the commercial outcomes of a project with the engineering requirements to ensure our projects are both profitable and meet the required specifications.

Organise, oversee and direct site labour and the delivery of construction materials, plant and equipment and establish detailed programs for the co-ordination of site activities.

Monitor changes to the project scope and effectively estimate and negotiate any variations to contractual conditions.

Contract management and conformance to contractual requirements.

The preferred candidate will also have the following skills and attributes;

Experience with contract management





Experience in Project Management or the ability to demonstrate an area of construction and contract management where the aforementioned responsibilities have been utilised. Consideration will be given to Project Engineers, Contract Managers or other similar applicants who are seeking to move into a Project Management position.

Experience in the ground engineering or civil construction industry.

The ability to travel when needed to ensure the project outcomes are being met.

Experience in site documentation and reporting.

The ability to problem solve and provide alternative solutions to clients that offer commercial and technical advantages to a project.

A strong culture in relation to occupational health and safety

Experience operating within a 3rd party accredited management system.
