Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Queensland Sales Manager to lead our Sales team from our Yatala branch. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, developing a high-performing team and strengthening customer relationships across Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote, sell and secure new business from new and existing customers through building effective relationships
- Achieve sales budgets gross profit targets and strategic business objectives
- Grow market share and increase the presence of Darley’s product portfolio across new and existing customers
- Lead, mentor and develop the Sales teams to achieve outstanding results
- Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs and initiatives aligned with company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders and industry partners.
- Monitor market trends,
competitor activity and emerging opportunities to support continued business growth
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure exception customer service and operation excellence
About you
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who encompasses the following skills and capabilities:
- Demonstrated success in a sales management role with a “can do” attitude and the ability to consistently provide a high level of customer service.
- Previous sales exposure in aluminium products and /or building industry.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing sales teams
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office
