The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to take ownership of our kitchen. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on creativity, consistency and organisation.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading,



mentoring and managing the kitchen team
- Designing and refining menus in line with our brand
- Managing rostering, ordering, stock and costs
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation & hygiene
- Running a smooth, efficient kitchen that’s wrapped by 2pm every day

What We’re Looking For

- Experience as a Head Chef or senior chef in a busy kitchen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Skilled in rostering, ordering and cost control
- A balance of creativity and consistency
- Positive, team-focused attitude
