KAEFER Integrated Services is seeking a highly organised Training Administrator to join our Mackay team. This role focuses on coordinating inductions, training and compliance for both short-term and long-term workforce needs across Queensland sites.
You will report to the Mackay leadership team and support mobilisation, training coordination and record-keeping to ensure staff are site-ready and compliant. Robust MS Office skills and prior mobilisation experience are highly regarded.
