This firm is experiencing robust organic growth and poised to further grow by acquisition. We are seeking to appoint a Bookkeeper to join our team. You'll be part of a firm that offers a range of services including Tax Services, Financial Planning, Business Advisory, Asset Protection Advisory, Bookkeeping, R&D; Tax Incentive & Government grants work.

What will you be doing?

You'll be working with a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily using Xero accounting software.

Reporting directly to the manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, processing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, preparation of Business Activity Statements, PAYG and superannuation processing, and dealing directly with clients. You'll also play a key role in coordinating and overseeing our overseas bookkeeping staff, ensuring quality control and consistency of work across the team.

What qualifications and experience do you need?

A minimum of 3-5 years recent, relevant bookkeeping experience, preferably in Public Practice

Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent qualification

Registered BAS Agent (or eligible for registration)





Advanced proficiency in Xero - this is essential

Knowledge of XPM is an advantage but not necessary

Experience managing or coordinating offshore/remote teams is highly valued

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
