About the Role

- Deliver functional capacity assessments and meaningful intervention plans that support people to live with more confidence and autonomy.
- Build skills in daily living, emotional regulation, and community participation through compassionate, trauma-informed practice.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (psychologists, BSPs, OTs, speech pathologists) to provide wrap-around, survivor-led care.
- Support individuals across home, community, and supported accommodation settings — wherever care is most needed.
- Create safety, connection, and dignity in every interaction — not compliance.

About You





- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with robust clinical and documentation skills.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with psychosocial or physical disabilities, ideally in community or disability contexts.
- Passionate about trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and strengths-based practice.
- Able to work independently with strong time management and communication skills.
- Deep respect for lived experience — whether your own or that of the people you support.
